I would include in that list public restrooms (not so much in the USA I suspect) and sunshine from a tanning booth.
You need to get a list of things that you would NOT tip for. Obvious among the list would be the recent fad to tip coffee baristas (does my $0.39 tip really mean anything to them?), the guy who hands me a paper towel in the disco bathroom (provided of course I dont douse myself with the range of colognes he offers), and my dry cleaner.
