For now, I'm describing my posts to this weblog as: musings on things designed, on the social life of technology, and on our everyday interactions with the people and the stuff around us.

The general idea here is that the world around us (what we see and what we hear, the past and the present, the accidental and the intentional, the natural and the man-made) provides creative inspiration for envisioning possible futures and prescribing paths toward change. It's just a matter of taking one giant step back and keeping your eye on the details.
